C8 Issues - z-wave and Hue Hub Integration

Not sure what is going on with my C8. Looks like there is a number of issues coming into focus at once.

Started two days ago with z-wave devices not responding, not being able to repair them, and then not being able to add new z-wave at all.

Today, I noticed that none of my Hue integrated devices are not reporting or responding. Devices work through Google Home (which gets them from HE) and from within the Hue app.

Any idea what I should be doing to try to troubleshoot. Very frustrated here.

EDIT: Just noticed none of my apps for rules are working either

Reboot your hub?

Did that about 1/2 hour ago.
No z-wave improvement. This stiill befuddles me.
Not sure about rules, as everything that needs to run has already run for the evening - will check again in the morning.

Hue was my issue - the IP address changed. Doh!

I make a IP reservation for almost all devices just because of this.
