I decided not to switch my "Home Automation" environment to Hubitat. I have 1 unopened C8 Hub for sale and 2 Factory Reset C8 Hubs for sale (only used for a few months).

$100 for the unopened
$75 for open box

The cost is $75 plus shipping for the open box
and $100 plus shipping for the unopened box.

FYI- Shipping will be the actual cost as quoted by UPS.
