C8 [2.4.3.156] Z-Wave, lockups and automation issues

I currently run a C8 that manages all my Z-Wave and Zigbee devices. I've noticed for quite some time that the Z-Wave has been unstable, especially with the last two updates. I've experienced instances where it appears to be a Z-Wave lockup, where the devices fail to respond to Z-Wave at all. I even attempted to shut down the hub, unplug it, and then bring it back online. None of the devices would respond to Z-Wave. I performed a network repair, which seemed to resolve the issue for a period of time. However, it seems like every time the device gets rebooted or updated. The Z-Wave has problems. At least twice a month. I'm experiencing backup failures with Hub Protect, which prevents me from backing up the radio information.
Additionally, I noticed that the web core built-in cannot clear the cache or reset the logs. I recently switched, meeting in the last few months, from a user app to a built-in app. Recently, I noticed that the Z-Wave issue sometimes causes automation to take a long time or not work at all. I know I'm throwing a light out there, but I feel like I've been chasing gremlins.

Are you using the supplied power source? Even if answer is yes, try a 3amp source, yours may be “weak”.
Your symptoms echo many others who switched to POE or other power sources.

Thanks for your response. No, I am using the original power adapters.

For troubleshooting, worth trying another power supply, w/same specs as the included one just to rule things out. Probably not a problem w/the power supply, but best to be sure before going down other paths.

Also, will help others help you if you post sceen shots (not text grabs) of your Settings>Z-Wave Details screen (the whole thing, you can use WinSnip if on Windows and don't have a preferred screen shot grabber).
