MAC Address not showing in router.

you can power cycle. I would also connect it directly to your router if it's on a separate switch just do you can diagnose.

Power cycle "fixed" it.
We'll see if there are any database issues.
reboot normally and pick rebuild database on reboot...
Do you know if there is a troubleshooting guide for such issues? I have so few issues I was unaware of " rebuild database on reboot".
I've see many "recovery" directions in the forum over the years but an not aware of a single reference.
This is akin to a soft reset and restore.
