[C8 - 2.3.7.139] Backup and Restore really slow

I tried to restore an old backup remotely, it was taking too long, so I did a soft reset and used the diagnostic tool instead.
Again, when I selected the local file to restore, it was still taking too long...
So I decided to open a seperate window, the UI was available, just no devices or apps.
I got feed up, then I just rebooted the hub again.
And, when it restarted it did have my apps and devices, but I am not sure if anything is missing or if database is corrupted in any way?
Will test this evening when I get home.

It would be good to see a restore progress bar

The UI was just stuck on restoring, see below:

I just tried a Restore and it completed in the usual few minutes.. in other words, it's not a general flaw affecting everyone.

Thanks for confirming.
I will have to find a quiet period to try again and not upset the family.
(Intention was to restore an old backup to find a missing app, but I ended up restoring current version again).

I did the network tests, see results below:

C8 - WiFi - all tests passed!

C8 - Ethernet (fixed 100bmps) - speed test = no response

C8 - Ethernet (Auto) - speed test = no response

C7 Ethernet (auto) - all tests successful

C7 (fixed 100mbps) - no response

Edit: Backup restore was done on wired connection. Will try again on WiFi which has passed the above tests.
