FYI: Hubitat Elevation Model C-7. My offer of $35 (+10 shipping) was accepted. Not my listing, but appears to be a company who bought a bundle of these to use with their home automation stuff.

I purchased one of these in May and can say the one I received was in like new condition and I had no trouble installing it as a fresh new install. It was almost fully reset, but I did notice some data in one of the logs, if I recall correctly.
Running fine as my primary hub ever since.

looks like their testing is our gain for cheap hubs, but also new integrations (hopefully)
