C7 Zwave acting up

In the past 2 weeks or so, Z-Wave on my C7 has been acting up (Zigbee is completely fine). Most if not all of my Z-Wave devices would respond super slow, if at all, with a delay of 15-30 seconds. I've tried rebooting the hub, Z-Wave repair, cutting power out to reset all of the devices, upgrading to latest firmware, and none was working. I have not added or removed any new device for the past year.

At this point, I would think I can either reset the Z-Wave radio, which I really would not prefer as I have 30+ devices that will need to be re-added, or assume the hub is dead, although getting a C8 would be my last resort.

Is there anything else I could try? Any advice would be appreciated.
