I lost power a few days ago and when it came back my smart home has ceased working. Commands sent from the C7 gui don’t work. Same thing with Google Home and apple home commands.
Physical controls still work and interestingly the live logs are capturing the press.
I soft reset and restored from backup with no luck.
Any thoughts?

Without knowing more, my first guess was what you already did.. soft reset and restore. My 2nd guess is that the Z-Radios are off or stuck. Verify that the radios are enabled in each (Settings: ZWave Details and Settings: Zigbee Details)
The only thing that resets the radios is a full and complete power cycle. (Settings: Shutdown, followed by removing power, counting to 10 and powering it back up.)
For sure do the shutdown/power cycle thing.
Is this zigbee, zwave, or both?
Full shutdown power cycle don’t work.
It’s all zwave
