C7 not connecting via browser but will via app

So my ZEN30 was having issues this morning and I ended up pulling the air gap to no avail. So I powered the hub down (C7) and rebooted. When it came back up the ZEN30 is working and the Hubitat app on the iPhone will communicate but my browser on my Mac, iPhone and iPad all will not respond. Port 8081 did and the hub is on the correct IP address so I rebooted. That finally seems to have done the trick. I have never had it where this happened before. Wondering what might be the cause? I love when this stuff happens and you already have a busy day ahead.

Do you have a reserved or static ip setup for the hub?

Yup. And as I said it was on the correct IP. That was the first thing I thought of. Now I have a different weird thing going on. Decided to make a local backup. This is on a Mac using Brave and when I click Create and Download under the local backup option and I confirm with yes twice instead of the normal lzf file I got "backupDB_filename=latest.html" then it finally worked on the third attempt. Not my day I guess.

When things like that happen, try using chrome or safari to see if it behaves differently
