i have 2 C7's in a mash setup, everytime we have power failure, a lot of devices not responding.
it can stay like that for days until i power cycle the hubs to bring devices back to full functionality.
any thoughts why? and how to solve it?
I assume you mean Hub Mesh?
One thing some people have found to help, even though it shouldn't matter, is to make sure the "Hub name on LAN" value (not plain "Hub Name") is set to a unique value for each hub if it's not already. Also make sure both are running the same platform version, ideally, or at least not different ones with incompatible changes (has only happened a few times I can remember).

one called hubitat.local and the other one hubitat-2.local and both running the same version
the ipaddress is static on both of them.
