Hi, I have A C7 hub on ethernet With two z wave devices and two ZigBee devices that went out last night and I was unable to access the web UI or the mobile app the hub had the green LED on and when you tried to use any of the voice assistance it said habitat is not available right now I finally got on to the troubleshooting this morning through the app and have rebooted the hub What would make it do this?
thanks for any help, Beau
Well a green light means it's up and running internally. Did you try going to yourhubip:8081 from a web browser? Do you have a DHCP reservation or static ip on your hub? If not it's possible it simply got assigned a new address.
Just in case our hubs are not "wearing masks" and they caught something
... I'll also report that my C7 just went unresponsive with its green LED on, for no obvious reason. I went in through the diagnostic port and rebooted the hub and it is back online. I am a little concerned.
Mine is assigned a static address on the LAN.
Hi mine is on dhcp ip was the same last night and this morning when I fixed it in the app I did not try yourhubip:8081
