c5 with internal radios to c8
i have hub protect. my backup sizes seem small
shut down my c5 and try to migrate to c8 mutiple times eventually geting errors, zigbee devices showing but zigbee radio would not stay online. And absolutley no z wave devices showing
Did a soft reset of the c8 and tried to migrate again
Continues with this error
and cannot find any backups now
Any idea what im doing wrong here?
tried again. some more screen shots zigbee rebooting z wave devices etc
Can you PM me your hub id’s so I can get some more details?.. I need the original C-5 and the new hub.
Are you up to the latest platform version on your c5?

This issue still has not been resolved if any one has any input on what I could try
New hub arrived via warranty and everything works can marked solved
