This is just an FYI for those with Lux KONOz thermostats.
I just migrated to a new C8 hub from a C5. The migration went well and all my apps and devices appeared as expected. However, my 2 Lux KONOz (Zigbee) thermostats were initially unresponsive. I could not do anything with them from the device pages nor from my dashboard.
I went to each thermostat and noticed the radio icon was flashing, which means the device has lost communication with the Zigbee network/hub. To remedy this, I had to go into the settings on each thermostat and turn off the Zigbee radio and then turn it back on. Once that was done, everything started working normally.
