C5 to C7 Migration using new service - no z-wave devices appear

Ok guys sanity check time. I migrated from C5 to C7 but none of my z-waves devices appear. I was never asked to tick ' Migrate Z-Wave Radio' button.
The only option that appeared was migrate. So what's going on? The C5 has a z-wave stick with the Hubitat name all over it. I have a funny feeling there is some gotca coming up!! Surely this is possible?

I believe only internal Z-Wave radios are supported unfortunately :frowning:

https://docs.hubitat.com/index.php?title=Hub_Protect

"Model C-4 or C-5 hubs shipped to Australia and New Zealand with the ZWave.Me adapter will work with Z-Wave radio migration. Model C-4 or C-5 hubs utilizing other external Z-Wave adapters do not support Z-Wave radio migration."

Yea i saw and did wonder. So why would anyone subscribe to the backup server / migration service if their z-wave wasn't supported. Why isn't a check made to spell this out when you select the purchase? I'm going to try and get my money back. The service offers me nothing I don't already have.

They have refunded me. My bad for thinking a C5(previous model not old at all) model shipped directly from them to me in UK would not be supported. I still can't quite believe my device is not support(external z-wave provided by Hubitat). Full credit though for their quick response. Now I am not sure how to migrate 30 z-wave devices without all the hassle of unpairing / pairing.

ive just ordered a c7 so have it all to come,

Guys I've been reading the forums and my head is spinning.
Is there a technical reason why i can't move the C-5 Z-wave database on my external stick to the internal stick in my C-7?

Is there anyway this can be done without unpairing / pairing?
