I have a C5 that has been unplugged for a couple of years. I want to use it again, but every time I click "find hub" on myhubitat I get:
"The connection has timed out
An error occurred during a connection to findmyhub.hubitat"
The light is green on the hub and it is connected via Ethernet to my TP link 11000 wireless router using DHCP.
Any ideas? I don''t see a hard reset button on the device.
Can you see what IP address is being assigned in your router? Did you try typing (or copying) that address into your browser address bar, and see if you can access the hub that way?
There is a network reset button on the bottom of the hub. I am not sure when (what firmware) that button was activated (the earlier firmware versions didn't utilize that button), but you could try to do that reset. It is the only odd shaped hole on the bottom of the hub. Hold it for at least 7 seconds, and the hub should reboot.
