I have two of these motion sensors, after migrating to the new C-7 hub, neither are working properly. Both have been re-paired, and both were recognized as their former selves.
These were really speedy and sensitive sensors in key places in my house. I'm already faced with replacing 3 of the Zooz 4in1 sensors. Is there anything I can do to get these going again?
I think those are zigbee sensors. Just factory reset them and re-install them in the new hub.
I removed them from any apps there were in, and then re-paired the sensor, seems to be working now. I had to do the same thing for a Zigbee baseboard thermostat that wasn't following it's Motion rule either.
Great. Nothing is better then when everything works.
