I have a C4 hub that lost communication at 10:20 this morning. It was flashing a red LED when I got to it. I swapped out the power supply with a couple different ones and it is now a solid red light. Did my power supply die and take the hub with it? Any other suggestions to troubleshoot?
Edit: I just realized that devices are now communicating with the hub. I still could not communicate with it over network, so I rebooted and now have connection! The LED is solid red still for some reason, but I'm okay with that.

Please be sure to create a new Local Backup file and save it to your computer for safekeeping. If your hub does fail, it will be very helpful to be able to restore that backup file to a new hub versus starting over from scratch.

I certainly did! My last backup before this that I'd downloaded was from October, so I'd have lost a little bit.
I also just bought a C-7, so I'll upgrade and then use this guy as a backup... or maybe I'll just keep the C-7 as a backup and see how long this little trooper can run. I bought it new in Jan 2019!
