C4 Hub Connection Refused

My C4 hub started having connection issues about two months ago. I can see the hub getting an IP address assigned by the router. But I keep getting a connection refused error. I can't connect to port 8081 or telnet into it. The LED stays solid blue.

Things I've tried so far:

  1. Rebooting router

  2. Power cycling hub

  3. Trying a different ethernet cable and port on my router

  4. Can't telnet into the hub or connect to port 8081

Any idea on how I can troubleshoot this further? Thank you!
