I’m trying to hard reset the device as it’s previously been registered but person I bought from doesn’t know how to remove it from account as they don’t have access to account. Soft reset takes me to the setup but then realises it’s previously been registered, any idea how to reset so it will be able to be registered new?

you should remove the Hub UUID and Private message it to Bobby
