C3 Hub - Red LED - No LAN Port light on switch

This device has been running for years. I noticed the automations stopped last night. It appeared to have locked up, which happens a couple times a year. After unplugging and plugging it back in, it didn't come online.

I then looked at it and noticed the switch port did not show activity. The LED was red. I left it for over an hour and the State did not change.

I then unplugged it for about an hour and plugged it in before I went to bed. This morning it is still in the same state. RED led and no LAN activity.

I assume this means it has finally died?

The Red LED indicates the platform has not booted BUT that there's enough power. That said, you can easily swap to a different wall wart, if you have a C-4 nearby.
