I just purchased a new Moes ZB-B-US light switch that is Zigbee 3.0 (my first 3.0). My C-8 (2.4.3.167) will not pair to it. Doesn't recognize anything at all during the pairing process. I moved the hub to within inches of the switch - nothing. It seems not to recognize anything about it at all. Also tried long power cycle on switch.
Reset/pairing mode on the Moes seems to be straightforward - press the bottom button for up to 7-10 seconds and the upper LED starts flashing. I've tried at least a dozen times. What's next to get C-8 working with this switch? Thank you.
(Addendum: Other zigbee devices are still working and I paired a different device just to prove that it's working.)

HOWEVER, I had a new, unused Tuya 3.0 Zigbee Smart Gateway. I gave that a try as well. It also won't pair.
It seems weird that the switch seems fully operational except its Zigbee function, but that seems to be the explanation. I've double, triple, quadrupled checked that it's going into pairing mode which it seems to be. Hold one of the buttons (tried them all) for 7-10 seconds until the top LED starts flashing. I also tried using the MOES app (clone of SmartLife), following the directions exactly. I'll try to get help from the seller or MOES, but it looks like I'll be sending it back.
