I have a C8 bought last October. Recently lost power during the hurricane. I have a whole house backup generator. The hub won’t power up now. I also have a whole home surge protector so I don’t believe it is a surge issue. Anything I can do to get this thing working again?
If you have another power block you might try that, I've lost a couple over years due to power surges when I forgot to put a surge suppressor or UPS in front.
