I noticed I somehow had the same MAC address set for both of my hubs in my router's DHCP reservations. That probably explains why it wasn't woring after the DHCP renewed. I'm not entirely sure why it was working on reboot before the renewal though. I'm going to try going back to DHCP and see if it works now that I've fixed the MAC issue and will update this thread after testing further.
