C-8 Losing Connection

I have a C-8 that I access remotely with just a few devices3 Zigbee plugs, a Zwave outdoor outlet and a Sengled Bulb .
It seems to lose remote connection daily but and the Rules I setup don't run . I have had someone unplug it and plug it back in and then I can access the hub remotely. After reading some of posts here I decided to download a backup and restore it and I did that just now. Looking at the logs there is a
a strange entry. One of the Zigbee plugs has an entry every 5 mins. Could that be a problem?

It might be failing and causing issues with the mesh. Could try having someone unplug it for a bit to see if things stablize.

Have you updated to 2.3.9.184 which has fixes for the cloud connection being dropped?

Yes , this morning after I had someone unplug it. I backed it up and restored it too.
