C-8 Hub Becomes Unresponsive

I have a Hubitat C-8 that becomes completely unresponsive (no Z-Wave or Zigbee functions, no login page to hub) after about 10 minutes. Network reset does not do anything, and I have tried manually choosing ethernet speed.

@support_team I have an outstanding warranty request and was asked to post here once I was able to power on the hub. Please advise.

@user4781

Do you have jumbo frames enabled ANYWHERE on the network?

No, jumbo frames are not enabled. I had three C-7 hubs working perfectly on the network, and then replaced one C-7 with the C-8. The C-8 worked fine for a few weeks, then stopped working. I went back to the original C-7 and now have the three hubs working fine on the network. It appears there is something wrong specifically with the C-8 hub.

When did you put in the warranty request?

May 19th.

That's very unusual..

Did you migrate a C7 to the C8 when you originally set it up?
If so, Have you tried resetting the C8 ad running the migration again? Have you tried resetting the C8 and testing basic functions with a clean database?

How was the C8 being powered? Supplied block or other source / PoE splitter?

When you say unresponsive you mention Zigbee and Zwave. Can you not get to the UI as well? That isn't clear.

Can you connect to the diag page at http://hub_ip_address:8081/ ?

What is the color light on the hub?

As @jtp10181 said was this migrated from a previous hub?

How is the hub connected to your home network? (ie Ethernet, Wifi)

Does the hub have a static IP and is it set in the Hub or in your router?

Using the Mobile app are you able to do a search for the hub and do you find anything?

Yes, I migrated from the C-7 to the C-8. I did do a hard reset via diagnostic tools and a manual network reset and migrated back to the C-8. It appears to now be operational, but the LED is blinking green/red.

The C-8 is connected via supplied block. Hub is on ethernet, static IP is set in the hub.

So everything works now except you have the flashing LED?

A few other people have seen this issue, after the next update release (they are adding more logging) you could update and then join in this other thread and see if they want your hub ID to check the logs.
