Just finish the migration but my zigbee network is offline. How can I get this resolved.
Did you get a successful migration message? When I first tried, I got a failed migration message but all of my devices, apps, rules, etc showed up so I thought I was good to go. HOWEVER, my Zigbee devices did not work but I could add new ones.
After reaching out to support and reading threads, the problem I had was that there is an "_" in my email address used for my account. I moved all of me hubs to my other personal email address. The migration was successful and my Zigbee network is working well.
I still can't believe a "_" in my email address caused an issue. VERY RANDOM!
Have you done a full shutdown and pull power for 30 seconds?
Also did you disable all your LAN/Cloud integrations before migrating? Heavy CPU load will cause Zigbee to shut down.
Other than that, may need support to look at it.

I just finished a second migration to C-8 from C-7 using 103 and my zigbee came up for about an hour and was working great (even added a couple devices), then it went offline again and wont' come back. I wasn't making any changes at the time it went down.
Zigbee restart, hub reboot and hub shutdown/wait didn't bring it back.

I sent my hub id earlier, but will ping the message again.
Try shutting down, remove power for minute then plug it back in. Should bring the radio back online.
I've been chatting with Bobby and it's a second bug related to "large" zigbee networks (I have about 30 devices). They're investigating, nothing I can do.
