We have seen an increased number of reports related to migration failure from C-5 hubs to C-8 using the latest platform version [2.3.6.146] . Our engineers are currently investigating. We kindly ask users to refrain from attempting to migrate from C-5 to C-8 until the investigation is completed…

and one of the earlier threads from before that announcement:

It's not you, it's us. Also the error is misleading, as the backup partially restores but one of the radios fail. Our engineers are working on fixing both.
