Hi, I've just tried the migration and it failed to restore leaving me with no options to retry it.
I backed up my C-5 to a cloud backup and shutdown the C-5
I started the C-8, logged in and selected the cloud backup.
I then got an error that just said 'internal error'
I can see my 'rooms' have migrated but nothing else. Backup & restore on the C-8 doesn't show my cloud backup.
Where do I go from here? How can I try the restore again?
I know this was a month ago, but can you elaborate? (I'm not familiar with a soft reset). Did you do this to the new hub before restoring? Or for some reason the old hub? or after restoring?
