I am currently using a C-5 Hub and saw that the new update was released not long ago, but when I went to update it said I was already running the current version (2.3.9.192). Is the C-5 no longer receiving updates? I couldn't find any documentation regarding update versions and hub compatibility.
I have a C5 hub. It is running 2.4.0.151 so compatibility is not an issue.

Your hub probably lost internet connectivity and can't check for updates (all platform versions to date are compatible with all hub models).
Try a simple reboot of the hub to see if that fixes things.
Also, note that hub platform versions have four sets of numbers, and the first three are the most important for denoting major changes. I assume you mean 2.4.0, as this is the latest public release, the next update from 2.3.9 -- just something to keep in mind when discussing versions!
