C-4 hub not responding

My C-4 hub web interface is not reachable anymore (connection refused), on both port 80 and 8081. Blue light is on steady. The device responds to pings.
What are my next options?

Port 8080?

Have you tried power cycling it?

same result

Yes, several times.

Wonder if it and another device swapped IPs. Maybe try http://hubitat.local, or an arp -a from a command line and check to see if the MAC and IP still correspond.

Itโ€™s statically assigned by the router. But I did check the MAC/IP pair already and itโ€™s correct.

May be time to call in the experts thenโ€ฆ @bobbyD

@bobbyD please let me know if I need to open a ticket or anything else.

From your description, it could be an eMMC failure. And if that's the case, it can't be fixed. Do you have Hub Protect?

I do not, will likely buy a C7. But at least part of the hub is correctly loaded up, since it answers to pings. Is there any way to ssh in (the ssh port seems filtered, so iptables is up too) and recover some data? I do have a backup but I would still prefer to double check that it has everything.

The backup should have your rules and your zigbee devices. The z-wave database though is on the stick and likely unrecoverable in it's format.

Can I connect the stick on the C-7 and get them working, by any chance?

I don't believe so.
