Button Rule not Firing from device or device page

Hello all, I'm having an issue with a Button rule using Button Controller 5.1.

I've made a rule that when button 5 on a pico is hit, that the volume of all our Sonos devices will go to 10%. When I test this rule within the button rule creation page using "Run all actions" it works. But when I physically or digitally hit the button, Hubitat registered the button press, but does not fire the action. As far as I can tell, I don't have the rule paused or anything.

Any advice or similar experiences?

Odd. As I understand it, button controller 5.1 is pretty much RM. Can you post a screen shot of both iterations? If we can't figure it out we can tag someone from HE.

Sorry Brad, it took me a while to circle back on this.

This is what I tried in RM. Yes, it's crude, but I wanted to test to see if it worked. It does in fact work.

In Button Controller I do the following;

To me, these both do the same thing. But the RM one works, and the BC one doesn't.

Weird. Look the same to me. Have you tried deleting and re-creating the button controller version? Maybe it got corrupted? If that doesn't do it maybe turn on logging for the button controller, then post both logs and we'll tag Bruce. But he'll ask for the logs anyway so we might as well give him what we think he will need.

Are you on the latest version of the platform?

Ok, I just did that (delete and re-create) and now it works. I don't know why I forget that simple step.

Also just updated to the latest version, although I do update often.

Oh I've made that mistake plenty of times. Especially when I've stared at something for HOURS trying to figure out what the heck I'm doing wrong. But glad it was that simple.
