I've kept my C-7 up to date on the firmware releases. Currently at 2.4.3.158
I don't recall when the Button Controller app started doing this, maybe the last update, not really sure. The problem is when I press a zigbee button, the action reacts, then reacts, then reacts again.
The last screen capture is the log of the events.
I only pressed the button 1 time.
Anyone have some ideas? TIA
The events show that your problem isn't a Button Controller app problem but rather a device problem -- your device is just sending duplicate events. The solution is to fix that, then any apps that depend on these events, whether Button Controller or something else, won't double (or triple) trigger.
The first thing I'd do is see if resetting and re-pairing the device helps. Since it's Zigbee, that's all you need to do -- don't remove it from the hub first, and it will match up as the same device.
If that doesn't help, what device is this? What firmware version is it on? (The "Device Info" table on the device detail page will show you.)
