In the app list I see 10 actions for the button controller "zdButton4LichtAussen":
All 10 button controllers are working as wished.
But in the main page of "zdButton4LichtAussen" I see only 5 actions:
Is this normal behavior or is something broken?

Yes. Respectively, I had generated all possible actions more and I have deleted the not used.
I'd try a page refresh to see if the page gets fixed. I only have a couple of Pico and only 5 actions per 'released' button so I'm not a good candidate for help because mine show up in the correct place and order in both views.
Use the "Device Details Display" app to make sure your button supports all the actions you are using.
I tried all options to refresh etc., but without success. In the Device details, I see all 10 actions. And all the 10 actions work and set hub variables, which were taken by RM.
This may be a long shot, but I had some strange problems with the button controller a while back. I deleted the one I was having trouble with and created it from scratch. In my case, it fixed the problem.
It sounds corrupted to me. How that would happen is hard to say. You might restore from your last backup, and see if that fixes it.
When you click on one of those child apps that is not shown in the Button Controller parent (as you showed above), does the child app come up OK?
When I directly click the child app, it comes up OK.
But as a precaution I will create the button controller from scratch.
