Bulbs not responding after latest update (2.1.9.117)

Good morning!

After applying the latest update (2.1.9.117) my bulbs seem to have stopped responding to commands until I reboot the bulb (e.g. turning it physically off then on again) will work for an unspecified amount of time then stop responding again.

I have the GE link bulbs (migrated from a wink 1) and Sengled Element classics.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this as it is so inconsistent. The previous update to the HE actually fixed this for a bulb that was having this issue. And am surprised it broke again after this update.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Assuming everything was OK until the update, below are some troubleshooting to try:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select "Zigbee Details"
  • Look and see if your devices are present.
  • Open Zigbee Logging
  • Exercise your systems. It should ID any error messages.
  • Copy log and save
  • Contact Support with the log if the errors are persisting.

PS - my system has some wierdness since the last update. Do not know why, but it is not critical to me.
