Hello, ran into an issue while creating a new thermostat controller instance:
The errors that happen after the stack overflow are either couldn't open device pages or the dashboard apps complaining.
Had to reboot the hub to recover.
Looks like your database was unavailable/disconnected for some reason, highly unusual. Going to tag the @support_team so that they can follow up with you on this.

Yeah, that’s quite unusual. Can you PM me your hub’s id? I can check engineering logs on the hub, it may have some clues.
