BUG REPORT - New One Zwave Dimmer Plug, 800 Series Z-Wave Smart Dimmer stopped working correctly after hubitat platform update

The "New One" dimmers seem to be clones of the minoston modules. I have many of both. I don't know which update caused the issue. The module in question is an 800s, Model N4012. The plugs used to work fine. Now, although they still communicate with the hub just as if they are working, they do not send power through to the plugged in lamp. Even when using the on/off button on the side of the module, no power is sent through. Module details in the hubitat interface show the dimmer turning on and off, and also show when I change the dimming level - but again, no power to the lamp. I have tried more than one module, and get the same results. The "lamp" in this case is a Christmas candle with a 7-watt incandescent bulb - so it is a very light load. However, all of the modules worked just fine with these same lighted candles last year. I have several other identical plugs in use which seem to still be working fine - and they are all on items with higher wattage lights. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks. @support_team

Curious, are you running ZWJS?

What kind of hub do you have, and are you using ZWJS? What driver is being used? Does the driver have an option to disengage the switch button from the relay?

Can you exclude one of these from the hub and confirm that the switch works as anticipated?

Seems weird that they will not work at all ?
The button on the side has nothing to do with the HUB

I think that is why it could be related to software, if the button has been disengaged in the switch firmware by the hub.

"This feature essentially turns the physical paddle or button into a "virtual" switch or scene controller, sending commands to your Z-Wave hub instead of cutting power to the connected device"

I had some similar symptoms with ZSE41s related to ZWJS recently. They wouldn't report state correctly, so I reverted to ZIP. I recall that several in-wall switches, after doing this, not ZSE41 sensors, would report when they were changed physically, but could not be controlled. I did the rules switch out with a placeholder virtual switch, factory reset (cause, you know, triple tap wouldn't work since I used the button feature), force remove, re-smartstart include, switch out placeholder.......dance.

edit: That's how I remember it, lol.

C8 pro with Zip, and yes I have the same failure to deliver power to a set of 35 twinkle lights, even using the plug hardware button. And yes it worked before. What driver are you using?
