[BUG?] Lutron Thermostat Driver Debug Log Entries

Running latest available firmware.

Debug Log entries are occuring even though 'Enable debug logging' is turned off.

Disabling 'descriptive Text logging' does not suppress the Debug log entries.

That August Lock driver is not the built-in driver.

Ah! Didn't realize I was using a third party driver. Must have changed it at some point. Sorry for the confusion.
