Bug in 2.1.6 - double groups and scenes?

I just updated to 2.1.6.113 a day ago and now I was looking at changing an RM rule to do an action per mode. When I opened the rule I noticed that I now had double entries for a group that I was using and upon adding the new feature to the rule I noticed this was the same for most of my groups (not all). Could this be a bug due to the upgrade to group 2.1 ?

Looks like that bug is back. I had it earlier this year when creating my scenes. It had resolved but I haven't checked by trying to create any new RM rules against them lately.

I am also seeing this in Scene lists in RM 4.0 with the latest update.
