Lights bubble shows "40 on."In fact only 3 lights are on. The rest are virtual switches, activators, shades, smart plugs powering sensors, etc.
I wonder if bubble participation/selection could be added to the device info tab?

Does this solution work for you? There are some customization options documented that may not be apparent from a quick glance.
No, excluding hidden and virtual devices reduces it to 25 from 40.
This is an example of those 25. No light there. I added the following to my above post. "I wonder if bubble participation/selection could be added to the user determined in the device info tab? I'll add that the light bubble could be quite useful if you could customize its content. Similar for power. I have two light switches listed there because they measure power but are really just light switches.

I hate how it shows my thermostat but not my temp sensors for "climate"
Unfortunately (IMHO) this 'feature' is completely bloody useless (not going to sit on the fence, it's just crap - having no information is better than having incorrect information.) Let me throw down a gauntlet and challenge any community member to show a screenshot where those numbers for 'Lights', 'Power' etc are accurate. Would like an option just to completely remove them if possible. Here's mine:
- Power is currently about 600W (This 7182W is picking up Peak Power from Qubino shade drivers. It's incorrect as they're all idle and drawing 0W - this is a Hubitat not Community driver)
- There are NO lights on. (This just grabs anything with 'Switch' capability and assumes it's a light it would seem)
- Mode is correct
So much hoohah elsewhere on the forum regarding categorisation of apps, automations, integrations. I don't get this pointless feature (the woefully inaccurate summary bubbles), but that's just me (and I may have had a little tipple so I'll leave it there)

I don't actually use any of the bubbles but I believe HE is using "Light" as a name because it's short. If you long press on the light bubble (or any bubble for that matter) you get additional context which says it's showing all non-virtual lights, switches and outlets. Maybe "switches" would be a better name?
Or hover if on computer... 
The name & icon of the bubble (assuming HE isn't going to refine its functionality/filters further) are a problem. As noted the name/icon are misleading compared to what is actually being counted.
It includes plugs, wall outlets, switches/dimmers, any device w/switch capability which =/ lights. The list on my hub also includes things like valves/valve actuators, Blinds/shades, Fans (via Bond integration), and also some virtual devices created by the app Sensor Groups+ (such a cool/useful app). So there is definitely room for improvement, even if only a more accurate bubble name/icon (and the more accurate "Switches" would be no better if things like Blinds and Fans and Valves, etc., are still included)... I agree that currently I don't see any use for the "Lights" bubble.

I didn't dig into and actually see what was on, I took the descriptions word. Another UI discrepancy to add to the list. I can't find a use for it as is. It's even worse with the other devices (and virtual devices nonetheless) being included. The only way I could see it being possibly useful is if the devices were user selectable which seems to be the forum consensus based on past posts. I feel I can get to information quicker with a simple dashboard link rather than having to log into the hub anyway. My 2 cents which is probably overvalued.
