Broken Conditional Trigger

There is a subscription for all 4 outlets:

Enabled logs for the ZEN15 itself. Here is one:

And here is an app log after ZEN15 log was enabled:

It looks like app detected an events from ZEN15 but did not execute any Actions.

Here is a simple ZEN15 test rule:

And here is a log which does not make any sense:

Reported Event is well above the comparison threshold but Trigger and IF
is always seeing 0.

But my rule in question is even worse. It sees an event but ignores all Actions.

What driver is this? It's interesting that %value% is not set in the rule.

I guess this is built-in "Zooz Power Switch" driver, it was assigned automatically:

Sounds like a case. I modified a test rule to assign power value to temp variable:

and this var assigned to 0:

Actually last reported Event was 2.030

And %value% is assigned to the same number:

OK, I replaced ZEN15 with different device and now everything looks normal:
Here is an updated rule:

And here is a related log:

So, the problem is with the ZEN15 driver.

However it is still unclear why rule in question did/does not execute any Actions.
Is this a different story or somewhat related to the ZEN15 driver?

Because it never got an event. The fact that %value% was not set shows that. And the absence of Event log entries for the rule, let alone a Triggered log entry. I don't know what's up with the driver and device.

OK, The problem is solved by assigning a Driver designed by @jtp10181
Now all related RM rules are happy and 100% functional.
As usually VERY BIG THANK YOU for all yours help, time and support.

!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS !!!
