Somehow I have managed to break my lutron caseta integration. I had about 10 devices working perfectly, tried to add a couple more and they wouldn't appear in device list. I have tried removing lutron integrator all together and starting from scratch but that doesn't seem to work (no matter what I do devices don't appear in Hubitat). I also note, that the lutron "telnet" device no longer appears in device list after reinstall.
Where should I start trouble shooting besides what I have done?
Thanks!
PS. I also made sure any apps that were using the lutron devices were removed.
After further trouble shooting I can get the Lutron Integrator to work with my pico remote, but not with any of my caseta dimmers. I can see the dimmers states in the logs, but the device page doesn’t control the dimmer or show states. If I try to add the dimmer without the pico, I get no “telnet” device at all and no logs for the dimmer states.
I’m confused as to why remove the lutron integrator and reinstalling doesn’t seem to fix issue.
My next option might be to reset hubitat hub to stock and start over. Hoping that isn’t necessary.
BTW, I am on the latest .702 firmware build and yes I have a “pro” bridge. As I stated in my OP all was working fine with 10+ devices until I tried to add some additional dimmers which is where the problem began.
Have you set a dhcp assigned ip address for your lutron smartbridge? Is it possible the bridge has changed IP addresses? Do you see all your devices in the Lutron app?
There is a bug in the Lutron Integration in build 702. This has been found and fixed, for the next release.
In the meantime, two possibilities: Avoid using the Lutron Integration to setup your Lutron devices until the next release, OR there is a workaround that can be used. Contact me by PM if you need the work-around. I will make a post about how to use it soon.
