Bricked led strip controller (Miboxer FUT036Z)

I'm a new user (of course) and somehow I've managed to brick a zigbee led controller, Miboxer FUT036Z. After adding the device I've tested it selecting different built-in drivers like "Advanced Zigbee Bulb" and while playing with the settings the device stopped to respond so I ended removing it from the devices. In the attempt to pair it again I've noticed that the physical button doesn't respond anymore so there is no way to reconnect. Already tried to power cycle and there is no reset button.

So it's probably going in the trash can, but I would like to know how did happen. Maybe clicking on device settings likes "configure", "flash" or "firmware update", even if doing that didn't output nothing in the UI?

I’m not aware of any command that the hub could send and that would result in a bricked device. Typically, if anything happens, the device can be reset.

My recommendation would be to check the device manual for a reset procedure, and maybe even follow-up with the manufacturer to see if they could send you a replacement under warranty.

Unfortunately there is no way to reset the device since the physical button (needed for the reset procedure) doesn't respond. The device briked during configuration via HE for sure and was previously used on others hubs without problems. Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly what I did during the setup but somehow I messed up.
