(BR) Notification not sending Pushover

I am using Pushover to receive notifications from Hubitat. When I’m using the virtual driver to manually send messages (from the device page) I do receive them via Pushover. However I can’t get Basic Rules to trigger a notification from Pushover.

I confirmed that the leak sensor device is reporting a leak Event. Still, no activities show up on the Basic Rule’s Events page, and of course no notifications show up on Pushover.

Did you create this Basic Rule before or after generating the leak event? If you created it after generating the leak event, can you dry the leak sensor and then trigger the rule again?

Yup. I created the rule first. Then I triggered the leak sensor.

Tried it a few times actually, drying and waiting several minutes in between.
