I installed the Bond APP successfully and two fans were installed. One fan located in my master Bedroom when added as a tile in dashboard and operates flawlessly. The other fan located in a different room, when added to different dashboard, displays as a ? and is non functional. When I operate this fan from the device list, it works! any ideas as to the fault?

Two things to check are:

  • What template are you using for the tile in the dashboard?
  • Have you checked the operation of the fan on your dashboard after operating it from the Device Details page?

Thanks for responding. I am using the "FAN" template (just like the other room). When I operate the fan from the device page it works, on the Dash Board page there is not indication of action. The tile shows a "?"

It may be worth posting screenshots of the Device Details pages in HE for the two fan devices, in particular the Current States information and the driver being used.
