Bond integration app

I have Bond hub with two fans connected to it. Both fans work from the bond app.

I installed into Hubitat and I see the light switches and fan controls for both.

The problem only one fan works from Hubitat the other nothing happens when you press a key for the second fan.

I am not sure what to do next. I removed the non working fan and added it back into Hubitat but can’t get it working.

Again one fan works and one does not. I have setup the token etc but can’t get the second fan to work. The fans are the same model so it’s not the fans

On the parent Bond hub device that got created, turn on debug logging.
Lets see what the logs looks like for the working fan vs the not working one.
Post a screenshot please.

On the main Bod device, can you copy and paste (as text) the "devices" State Variable. It looks like something is possibly missing from there.

Have you tried to totally delete the app and child devices and reinstall it?
Have you tried to remove the fan from Bond and add it back again?

Thanks I tried those thing but I deleted out of bond but changed the name. When I added back the bond app it was working.

I did notice that the bond app refresh button doesn’t work. I have to delete the bond app to see any changes or new adds.

Either Configure or Refresh on the parent device should detect and bring in any new devices.
It does not update the names though if you change them in the Bond App.
