I get this every time I reboot my C8-Pro:
I haven't done (or even attempted) any OTA device updates in a few weeks, at least.
This is a known issue occuring on some hubs and HE staff is aware/investigating an update to address it. Don't have a timeline yet...my WAG would be next week earliest.

If it persists, sometimes a reboot or shutdown with power removal will remedy it.

Worth a try, definitely.
Not in this case at least. I've rebooted more times than I care to count, and have powered down a few times. This has been occurring for a while now; I just got around to reporting it.
Really, a power down shouldn't make any difference. That implies (to me at least) that something isn't being properly initialized at boot time.
The power down is required because the radio doesn't completely clear itself on just a reboot. I'm not a hardware firm right guys so I have no idea why is that way.
