I can get my Galaxy tags into Hubitat with Hubithings Replica after adding them to Smart Things, but I can't do anything with them in Hubitat, obviously, since HubiThings does not provide a driver for them.

Thanks, didn't know about that angle. I'm looking for a more direct connection that is native to Hubitat...trying to reduce my dependence on external hubs/RPIs, etc. :slight_smile:

I’m not seeing a way to get an IRK off Airtags, so it’s not looking good for the C8 Pro, but even on HA i cant find a direct integration. Apple Shortcuts to the hubiat hub from an always on mac “could work” but this shortcut is doing a lot of heavy lifting and would need a LOT of tweaking.

Would not surprise me given Apple’s privacy stance. Weird they wouldn’t have some type of broadcast message though. :confused:

Maybe an easier ask would just be Bluetooth presence detection at all. Doesn’t have to be an AirTag. :slight_smile:

Can you see any events in SmartThings? In the past, even if tags were brought into ST, you couldn’t do anything with them for security reasons. If that data is now available and you can see it in ST, the replica driver is trivial to build. But again, that first point is the issue, or at least it was.
