Block Switch state for X time since last change

I have Aircon, it is not smart so I am using IFTTT to start scene what controls Tuya IR when Virtual switch is turned on. IR scene itself takes like 1 minute, because I can't check Aircon state, so I need to send power on signal to smart socket and 25x IR signal to lower temp with delay between each. When I turn it off I made Hubitat to wait 10s before sending to power socket "off" signal. And the same time Tuya is sending IR "power button" signal, by IFTTT activating Tuya scene when "Aircon" switch is turned off.
It would be great if I could lock "Virtual Switch" state for some time. This way clicking 10 times on Dashboard Switch will not break my Aircon :smiley:
