I would like to power a Blink mini that is in WiFi range, but no power.
USB power from experience, they work great.
USB solar charged, 24/7 minimal power consumption.
5V 1A spec.
Solar + battery pack?

Not with Blink, but I've been running 3 Netvue cams on individual solar panels for over a month now, No problems.
Size your Solar to a minimum 3X what the device uses. Example 5W per hour X 24 = 120 watts so by that we need a panel which outputs 15 peak watts per hour because solar is only above 70% for 8 hours a day in Sun. Clouds knock it back half to a third of that. So you may want to size 4X to compensate the weather. Covered in snow? Forget it.
