You could try rolling back to 2.3.6 to see if that solves it.
It also sounds like it is not impacting the devices from working? Why are you looking at that page so often? Mine could be blank for a week and I would never know if everything was working.
It does impact z-wave performance. Everything slows down or I agree I would not have known either.
Warranty response was that they will let their engineers know about it......Blank again this morning....lol
Yes, I am guessing someone will need to check the engineering logs to see if there is any info in there. Some response saying its being looked at is better than feeling ignored.
I don't know that this exact issue has ever really come up before. Usually when this happens zwave stops working totally, everything else works fine. There would be a log about z-wave crashing and you would have to power down and restart to bring it back. So that's why I am out of new ideas.
I would still highly suggest going back to 2.3.6 firmware via the diagnostics tool and see if that helps. That would help determine if this is a hardware problem or software problem.
